By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions laid out below. You must be 18 or over to order from this site.

 

Damaged items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please contact us within 3 working days and we will organise a replacement or refund.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you must notify us at info@mirandasharpe.co.uk before the item has been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the returns procedure outlined above.

Commissioned items or items made to a specified size cannot be cancelled once payment has been received unless by our agreement. Once the order has been started it is unlikely that a full refund can be given.

Please contact us at info@mirandasharpe.co.uk and we will advise of the order status and possibility of an order cancellation.

 

Payment

Our site uses a paypal account for online transactions. This is a secure way to pay using either your paypal account or by submitting your card details directly.

 

Additional information

We aim to provide full and accurate images and descriptions of products, as items are made by hand there may be small variations and due to digital imaging colours may vary slightly in shade.

Measurements are approximate and offered only for guidance.

 

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return it to us, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at info@mirandasharpe.co.uk for a returns authorization reference and then return the item within 7 days. The item must not have been worn or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging. Once the item has been received by us and deemed to be in good condition we will issue an exchange or refund (less postage costs to a maximum of £7 on UK orders) to you within 7 days.

 

It is advised that returned items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service, insuring items in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning and exchanging items.

 

Returns

 Please note that some items are exempt from this returns policy:

• Earrings for pierced ears for reasons of hygiene.
• When an item has been made to a non standard size or length specifically for you.
• Items personalised to the customers specifications.
• Any specially commissioned items.

 

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect ring/ bangle/ bracelet/ necklace sizes provided by you. Please note that re-sizing and alterations are usually possible but may incur an extra charge.
