Shipping and Returns


It is our aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible; some pieces are available for dispatch within 2-5 working days. However, please remember that each piece is handmade and some pieces will be made specially to order and therefore will take a little longer to reach you. The longest you will have to wait is 4 working weeks, estimated dispatch times are noted within the item description which will be confirmed by e-mail on receipt of your order.

Occasionally you might need your chosen piece for a specific date or very quickly, if this is the case please give us a call or e-mail us before ordering and we will do everything we can to make sure we can get it to you.

An e-mail will be sent notifying you of dispatch of your order.


UK Delivery


Items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service within the UK. The price of posting is included within the item price, so no additional charges above the price specified on the item. Special delivery is a guaranteed next day delivery service, items are insured during transit, the parcel is traceable and will need to be signed for on delivery.


International Delivery


Items can be sent internationally upon request. Before placing your order please contact us at
for postage prices to your destination and approximate delivery times.




All items will be packaged in Miranda Sharpe personalised gift boxes.


Returns Policy

 If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return it to us, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt at for a returns authorization reference and then return the item within 7 days. The item must not have been worn or damaged and must be returned in its original packaging. Once the item has been received by us and deemed to be in perfect condition we will issue an exchange (less postage costs to a maximum of £7 on UK orders) or refund to you within 7 days.

It is advised that returned items are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery service, insuring items in transit. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit to us. You will be responsible for any postage costs incurred in returning and exchanging items.




Please note that some items are exempt from this returns policy:
• Earrings for pierced ears for reasons of hygiene.
• When an item has been made to a non standard size or length specifically for you.
• Items personalised to the customers specifications.
• Any specially commissioned items and items that are specified non refundable in the item description.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect ring/ bangle/ bracelet/ necklace sizes provided by you. Please note that re-sizing and alterations are usually possible but will incur an extra charge.
